Nghiên cứu tác dụng của dịch chiết HHKV đối với hoạt động thần kinh

Abstract

HHKV is the extract of Polygonum mutiflorum Thunb, Astragalus membranaceus Bunge, Lonicera japonica Thunb and Vigna radiata L. In the study, we used HHKV extract for rats, mice orally. All rats and mice were divide into 3 groups. Group 1: drink HHKV with dose 2g/kg body weight / day. Group 2: drink Gibola with dose 2mg/kh body weight / day (for mice), 4mg/kg body weight / day (for rats). Group 3: drink water. This streatment is applied continuosly for 14 days. After that, we train conditional reflex for mice and rats. The results show that HHKV increases the memory of mice and rats. However, the effects of Giloba is better than HHKV in some tests. On the other hand, concentration of malonyl dialdehyd in nerve cells of drunk HHKV is lower than mice drunk water. So HHKV limit lipid peroxydation of nerve cells.
